I have a form that&nbsp;a team&nbsp;will use to only pull records that have not&nbsp;yet been completed, so a text field and date field will always be blank for those records. I tried filtering data, but&nbsp;as soon as they complete one of the fields,&nbsp;the filter&nbsp;criteria isn&#39;t met, so the record disappears before they can submit it to the database. &nbsp;One of the fields is a text field that they fill out and the other is a date field whose value I set when they click the submit button. </p>
