Hide a column in a repeating table with rules Infopath 2013

Hello everyone,

I have a question as per the title whereby I need to hide a column based on rules so it will only display for a set amount of users.

Is this possible? I tried to do it earlier and unless I m doing something wrong I couldn't hide it for people outside the "nominated users group" .

the rule I used was a formatting one to hide the column:

my:CurrentUser != "xxxx@xxxxx.com" and my:CurrentUser != "xxxxx@xxxxxx.com" and my:CurrentUser != "xxxxxx@xxxxxxx.com" and my:CurrentUser != "xxxxx@xxxxxx.com" and my:CurrentUser != "xxxx@xxxxxx.com" and my:CurrentUser != “xxxxxxx@xxxxxx.com”

Any help would be greatly appreciated
