You might be able to use the GetAttachmentCollection method of the SharePoint Lists web service - you'd have to indicate the ID of the item you want attachments for.

Retrieve Multiple Attachments using Data Connection in SharePoint List (Not a library)

I'm trying to query the attachments of a list record so that they show up in a new record. Is this possible? I don't have use of SOAP or REST or Code. I noticed you can specify "Attachments" when doing a list connection but that doesn't seem to be doing anything.

There is no use of the "Repeating Table" in a SharePoint LIST browser form (unless you drag it from a repeating control that exists). Most of the procedures I've found speak from a LIBRARY perspective but generally fail to mention that. It's definitely frustrating. Also, there is no Attachment control for a LIST.

I noticed I can grab the URLs and put them in a hyperlink (using a data connection) field but they are all one long URL, which doesn't help.
