Set the condition of this rule to only run if the Number of rows (of the list's data connection) is equal to zero.

Hope this helps.

Forms search field default if search item not found

I have a form built and functioning but am trying to add additional functionality to my forms search field. The list behind it can only be so big. If I search the value needed and it's found in the form it displays my chosen message. What I'm trying to figure out is if the searched value is NOT found in the form, how can I get it to populate a chosen message.
