If you don't mind a follow-up, as I am trying to learn a few things. How does that condition determine if I am Admin or not? I don't see it passing any criteria or anything, just simply "Number or Occurrences". How does it know what to look for in the list?

Re: Help with conditions set on a rule (Qdabra Leave Request template)

Hi, Sailor - If you click on the dropdown for each condition and select "Select field or group" you'll see the first condition is on the rows returned in the LR Admins group, and the second is from LR Employees. Basically, the condition checks that you are not an admin, but you are an employee. I recently purchased a "Leave Request" template from Qdabra, which includes qRules finishedloading in the data connection. One of the rules includes the following 2 conditions:

Number of occurrences of SharePointListItem_RW is equal to 0 and

Number of occurrences of SharePointListItem_RW is greater than 0

I don't understand what this is referencing. This obviously references a SharePoint List associated with the form, but I don't understand exactly what it means, nor what particular list will will reference.
