If necessary, our moderators will make sure it gets classified in the correct board.enCommunityServer 2007 SP3 (Build: 31118.962)https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/102948.aspxWed, 24 Jun 2015 19:28:32 GMT033a2e2d-04e2-4a9d-be01-a4634161eefd:102948cafescott0https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/102948.aspxhttps://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=41&PostID=102948<p>&nbsp;Hello, on an InfoPath form that I am working on, I wish to copy the controls and appearance from an existing form.&nbsp; I have added the schema elements in advance to the destination form.&nbsp; The source form has two repeating tables.&nbsp; Let&#39;s focus on just one of them.&nbsp; In the source schema, I have group1 and beneath it is group2.&nbsp; Group2 is set to repeating.&nbsp; Beneath group2 are five or so text fields.<br /><br />In the destination schema, I have added group1 and below it group2.&nbsp; Group2 has the repeating property set.&nbsp; Group2 also has the same field names beneath it as the source.<br /><br />When I copy and paste the source controls, etc., to the destination, all of the controls are unbound.&nbsp; (Is there a way to paste them in so they are bound?)&nbsp; So, I direct attention to one of the fields in one of the repeating tables.&nbsp; I set the binding to the field it should be.&nbsp; I get the error: &quot;&#39;you have chosen to bind a non-repeating control to a repeating field or group.&quot;&nbsp; I don&#39;t know why; as my schema is identical to the source.&nbsp; I have group1 and beneath it group2.&nbsp; Group2 is repeating.&nbsp; It has text fields beneath it.&nbsp; <br /><br />Does anyone have any advice on how to paste controls into a destination form&nbsp;without having to recreate the repeating tables from scratch?<br /><br />Thanks,</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
