Hi one more question. when I run the form to make sure no errors I get the following error. infopath the custom control has duplicate attributes or elements.please check the xsl. any clue? I have attached tthe file

What are you trying to display? What is a sample of what you want to see?

When you say month year, I think you mean:

08-2006

12-2015

I am trying to get month year to display everytime a form is created. Can someone tell me what I am missing
