I have a scenario where i'm trying to create helpdesk tickets through infopath forms. The form is emailed from the browser (hosted on sharepoint online) to a helpdesk email address. A ticketing system then takes the email in plain text and uses the information provided to assign it a category / urgency / etc.

The problem I have is the form looks very nice in outlook, but once it gets converted to plain text everything is put onto one line. So i get something like this: "This message was created by a Microsoft InfoPath form. Software Issue Report a software issue Urgency Medium Location test Application Name test Description test"

Whereas I'd like it to look like:

"This message was created by a Microsoft InfoPath form.

Software Issue

Report a software issue

Urgency Medium

Location test

Application Name test

Description test"

Could anyone suggest a way to accomplish this?

note, if it's not apparent inside of infopath this is the structure:

Urgency (Medium drop down box)

Location (test - Text box)

Application Name (test - Text box)

Description (test - Text box)

Cheers,
