My work around for that was to create a calculated field naming appcreatedate with formula Text(Created)"mm/dd/yyyy". And, that worked.

However, the second date control with value of user input, brings in the date format to SharePoint Form Library. Again I must align in the Form library under single column. To do that, when I try to concatenate, it again changes the results into Julian format.

How do I fix that?

Any thoughts?

Thanks, SRA

InfoPath 2010 Date Fields not populating in SharePoint 2010 Form Library Correctly.

I have two date fields. One is auto populating as Today() in the form and other is the user input. Both are part of the promoted fields to the SharePoint 2010 Form library along with the rest of the columns during the form publishing to a content type.

When Form Library is enabled to this content type, the date field is displaying but in a Julian format. How do I display the correct format such as mm/dd/yyyy, without coding? We have OOB implementation.

Can you help?

Thank you,
SRA
