If necessary, our moderators will make sure it gets classified in the correct board.enCommunityServer 2007 SP3 (Build: 31118.962)https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/101786.aspxThu, 19 Mar 2015 17:29:12 GMT033a2e2d-04e2-4a9d-be01-a4634161eefd:101786arice0https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/101786.aspxhttps://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=41&PostID=101786<p>Hi</p><p>I am using an InfoPath 2010 Browser form with SharePoint 2010.&nbsp; The form is attached to a list as the customized form for the list.&nbsp; The list has permissions such that members of the team site have &#39;Contribute&#39; permissions and members outside the team site also have &#39;Contribute&#39; permission for this particular list only.&nbsp; I am using the Forms Webpart on a page for which the outside members also have permission to view the page.&nbsp; The form has a Rich Text Field.&nbsp; If a team member uses the form, they can use the &#39;Insert Picture&#39; and &#39;Insert Hyperlink&#39; Webpage Dialogs to add pictures and hyperlinks.&nbsp; However, if the outside people who don&#39;t have permissions to the entire site but rather the list only try to do the same, they will recieve an &#39;Access Denied&#39; error and the dialog that lets them choose a picture or type a hyperlink doesn&#39;t open.&nbsp; </p><p>The titles for the two dialogs that won&#39;t open for the users with only limited permissions on the site have the titles:</p><p>Select Picture -- Webpage Dialog</p><p>Insert Hyperlink -- Webpage Dialog</p><p>Where else on the site would I need to give users permission so that they can also see and use these dialogs?</p><p>Thanks<br />-Andrea</p>
