Each office has different questions based on the work they perform. To ensure users are only presented with the relevant questions, I set up several SharePoint lists (office 1, office 2, etc.) with the questions and linked them to different repeating tables in InfoPath. Based on the users selection of office, only the repeating table corresponding to their office is displayed.

So far, I've been able to receive the questions in the repeating table, but would like to include a second column in the repeating table that can be used to submit the answer to a SharePoint list. Any ideas on how to create a repeating table that can receive data in one column and submit in another? Thanks.
