This sounds easy, but I'd like the form to dynamically populate a section with only the specific office personnel and include a free flow text box for each of them to provide input individually. Currently, I have a dropdown at the top of the form allowing users to select their office (e.g., Office ABC, Office XYZ, etc.). The list of offices is connected to InfoPath via a SharePoint list. I have another data connection to a personnel SharePoint list that is modified as new employees are brought on and others move out. When the office is selected from the dropdown, I'd like InfoPath to only return the personnel in the selected office and provide a text box for their input below each of their names. For example, if the office had 2 persons then it would include the first persons name and a text box, then the other persons name and a textbox. I tried creating this using a repeating table, but couldn't figure out how to only return the specific personnel in an office and couldn't determine how to include a text box below each of their names. Hopefully this isn't too confusing. Thanks for the help.
