concat(substring(addSeconds(now(), -1800), 12, 2), ":", substring(addSeconds(now(), -1800), 15, 2))

I think the subject says it all but to give the full story:

I have some browser enabled forms that have a rule populating completed date and time for certain tasks once a field is clicked. The problem is the time that is autopopulating is in a different timezone for my country (australia) so i want to be able to remove 30 minutes from the =now() formula.

Any thoughts or assistance would be great, thanks

FYI im using IP2007 on SP2007.
