You really have 2 options depending on the outcome you want. Both will use a helper field that gets set on submit. It could default as "New" and then be set to "Submitted" when the user clicks a button to submit. You'll need a submit button with a data connection to the library where your form is published, and you'll want to disable the ribbon options.

1. On "formLoad" have a rule to switch views if your helper field is equal to "Submitted"

2. Have a formatting rule on each field to disable if your helper field is equal to "Submitted"

Hope that helps!
Bre

Bre Huston

I would like to know if there is a way to setup the form to read only view after it's been submitted. Or to disable all fields to prevent from updating the form after it's submitted?

Thank you
