This field is read only.

Secondly, the Solution section has a SolutionUser field that updates every time the form is opened. This field is read only.

Thirdly, the Solution section is set to hidden if the SolutionUser is not RaYvA.

What this does is allows anyone to open the form and fill in the Problem section, but only RaYvA can see the Solution section.

There is an additional rule on the ProblemInfo fields that disable them if the FormName field is populated (which should be populated when the form is submitted).

As I said there are a number ow ways to achieve this, this is one quick and dirty example :)

Hope this helps?

Cheers

Re: When form is submitted dont edit.

Yes,

But is it also possible to only read the fields and not edit it after submit ?

What I want is:

The form has a few questions..

Name: User fill this in

Last Name: User fill this in

Problem: User fil this in.

SUBMIT.

Solution: Admin has to fill this in and submit the form back to Sharepoint.

So nobody can edit the fields for the user,

But the solution has only have to fill in by the admin.

Re: When form is submitted dont edit.

Do you mean you only want a specific account to be able to edit the content of a form?

When form is submitted dont edit.

Hi guys,

So, finally I can upload forms to Sharepoint, and fill it in.
