Example: File Name File Nbr

                14-MCE 01

                 14-MCE 02

                 15-RPT 01

                  15-RPT 02

When I put together a data connection in Infopath and assign it to a DDL to display the File Name with "Show only uniques display names" checked, the form displays 4 records instead of 2 record, The problem in compounded and more confusiong when I created a second form using the same connection and fields and I get the unique File Name being display and only see 2 entries which is what I am after. The first form does have several other data connections while the 2nd form only has the one connection for the list. The connection and the DDL data fields are the same.

What would be causing one form to work properly and the other to display all the records?
