I use borders and shadings to make the forms more pleasing, but as I add and remove rows and columns, eventually, InfoPath fails to preserve this formatting for the web form. I can preview the form and everything looks fine, but once I publish and view in the browser, sections of the borders and shading disappear and form looks very odd. I get the same results on different browsers. I have seen this problem ever since I began designing browser forms in 2010 and now that I am using InfoPath 2013/SharePoint 2013, the problem still exists.

Has anyone else encountered this? and if so, were you able to find a solution?

Thanks,

Lisa
