You definitely do not want to set it to "trusted sites". InfoPath code behind works with "local intranet" and setting to "trusted" will cause problems. That may be why you need the digisig...

Are you using filler or browser? Filler should work just fine. Browser is broke because of Microsoft but according to Scott Heim, they are working on a fix.

More soon,

Re: Can't start/open IP form

Hi Patrick -

Yes, we spoke earlier. I'd put a temp fix in place for the time being, which involved re-adding our SP site to 'trusted sites' in our IE settings (all of our trusted sites had disappeared!), changing the form security level to ‘full trust’ and adding a temp digital signature to the form template. Will check to make sure we're using the most recent version of QRules as well. Thanks for your help!

Sorry to see that the cloud is having a thunderstorm...

Did we talk about this yesterday? If not, sorry for confusing you with someone else.

I just tested a blank filler form with qRules v5.1 on O365 and this is working as expected. If you can use filler (as a workaround), please reinject with qRules v5.1 and republish.

Microsoft did upgrade O365 on Wednesday (without notifying people) and that broke code behind in the browser.

I just retested browser code behind on O365 and it is still broken. SIGH!

P

I had to scratch the idea of using a code behind file and make all my forms with rules and set the value of each individually. It was tedious cause I have a ton of textboxes where I wanted to set the value based off a selected item in a dropdown list. Similar to a SQL select query. I know using C# would have made this easier. You may have to redesign your form.

Re: Can't start/open IP form

So I tried setting the security level to full trust and still get the same message. I am somewhat new to the Info Path environment but I was running into a similar problem when I was initially developing/publishing a form to our SP2010 site. I too was using code behind (c#), but in order to publish it I had to change the Form Options -> Security and Trust -> Security Level to Full Trust.

By doing this I got the same message as you. Turns out the administrator did not allow forms that were Full Trusted. I had to scratch and do everything in my form with whats available through IP. Just might be a new company policy.

Can't start/open IP form

Hi! I have a relatively simple IP form that we’ve been using for months on our O365 SP site. All of a sudden (noticed as of yesterday), no one can start a new form (or open an existing one). The error message details are below. Does anyone have any ideas as to what might be causing this? Any info/help/guidance would be appreciated.
---------------------Form template: https://leojshapiro.sharepoint.com/Form%20Template%20Library/PROJECT%20INITIATION%20FORM%20TEMPLATE.XSN InfoPath cannot open the selected form because of an error in the form's code.Policy settings prevent opening Internet forms with managed code.
