It looks like 16393 is the language code for en-in (English - India) and perhaps IPFS doesn&#39;t know how to render that.</p><p>&nbsp;One potential fix is to extract the form&#39;s source, open the manifest.xsf file in a text editor, and replace the <strong>value=&quot;16393&quot;</strong> values with <strong>value=&quot;2057&quot; </strong>or&nbsp;<strong>value=&quot;1033&quot;</strong> (2057 and 1033 are the codes for en-gb and en-us, respectively). In the central admin, from upload form teamplate, i have uploaded the published form and verified it.<br />Here i am getting a warning as below.</p> <p>Error in manifest.xsf.
