Please watch the Youtube webinar I did last Thursday for three techniques on how to do this. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fVK-PDmcqRU&feature=share&list=PL581899A129522F53

Next week I'll continue this topic with information on how to copy data from the source form. Although I did show one simple technique (using rule-actions to set values) in the samples from demos 2 and 3 from last Thursday's webinar. Email me for the samples if you are interested.

I just responded to MFre89 regarding next week's webinar topic and gave a quick preview. Take a look at that post here: http://www.infopathdev.com/forums/p/26294/91358.aspx#91358

Let me know if you cannot reach enlightenment quickly. I can provide another Qdabra chant to help set the stage....

I have a repeating table and there is a edit button (can change this to link if advised) where the text is a userid.
When the user selects this at the moment it just switches form (using code not the rule to switch form).
I want it to populate the form it goes to with the information from the row clicked.
I also want to pull in other information for the second form so will have to use the id in that row to do this.
Can anybody tell me how to pass the id or the whole row through to the second form please ?
Thanks.
Jacqui.
