I would like to keep track of what I've already dismantled and formatted. What I want to do is, create a form with one column having the number 200 and another field with a drop down menu on whether it's a desktop, laptop or server. Every time I select an option from the drop down and submit the form (email submission), I would like to subtract 1 from the number. So to start with 200, then after I enter the information and submit the form, the next time I open the form, the number left should be 199. Then fill out another form and the next time, the number should be 198 ... and so on. I'm a little familiar with Infopath and would like to know how to do this.
