I wonder if setting the postback to always would help? I mean - for performance reasons, this would be a lousy work around, but you many want to try it for just a field or two and see if it fixes the issue.</p>https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/88099.aspxMon, 18 Mar 2013 05:01:14 GMT033a2e2d-04e2-4a9d-be01-a4634161eefd:88099cbeckman0https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/88099.aspxhttps://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=40&PostID=88099<p>Hi there,&nbsp; </p><p>I have a hidden field that I&#39;m using to determine what the last field who&#39;s value changed using an Action - Set Field Value Rule.&nbsp;&nbsp; </p><p>I have set up a rule for every single field that I up date setting the hidden field to&nbsp;&nbsp; local-name(.)&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; (of the field that has just been updated)</p><p>The idea is then I hide and display other data based on the field that has just been updated.</p><p>This works perfectly using the InfoPath Filler but not at all using Webforms.</p><p>I have tried typing the value in the rule rather than using local-name(.) with no success.</p><p>Has anyone experienced this issue or have a workaround for what I&#39;m trying to achieve?</p><p>Chris</p>
