I have created a site collection at http://servername:4035 and have published a web enabled InfoPath form to it. When I open the form from the url http://servername:4035 it opens and submits. When I open the form from the aam name http://sitename.company.com it fails with the error: "The following location is not accessible, because it is in a different site collection: http://servername/FormName/"

It fails without the port name associated with the site collection. I think it is looking for this form in the root site collection which actually doesn’t exist.

I have published forms in the exact same way to my SharePoint 2010 farm in the past with no issues.

Thank you in advance
