There is a recent forum post about submitting to SharePoint folders and Hilary replied how she successfully created multiple data connections using the SharePoint folder URL. Can you take a look at that?

forms has to be sent in folders

Hello again,

i want to
ask for another idea or solution to my sharepoint form library and maybe there
is someone here to help me out… hopefullyJ

we work
with MOSS 2007 / SharepointDesigner 2007 and Infopath 2007

I created a
form-library (browser enabled). The user have to fill out that form and attach
a document to every form.

Also I have
created some folders in that library. This is a “must be” because of some
special rights depending on the department and the access to the folders.

What I want
to improve is to send the filled forms with their attachments in specific
folders depending on the chosen document-type.

For example

User opens
the form, choose the document-type “A” and click the submit-button. “A”-documents
must be sent in Folder “1”

Document-type
“B” must be sent in folder “2” and so on.

I was
thinking about different “submit”-buttons but I didn’t find a way to put in the
url of each folder and when I finally put the whole url in to the
dataconnection to send the document in there are to many characters. (that’s the
error message)

…or maybe
with a workflow after submitting?

Does anyone
know a similar problem or better a solution for my problem

Thanks a
lot

mark
