Dynamically create Checkboxes in optional section VSTA

HI,

I had a task to include 100's of region names as checkboxes in few optional sections of infopath form.This would be a mess if i add controls to the form manually.I thought the best idea would be add them dynamically and when user submits the form read the values and do the necessary.

Would any one suggest me how to do achieve this through code or is there a better way to do this.
