(If you are in urgent need of help, I recommend our on-demand InfoPath Support Help - go to Qdabra and click on the InfoPath Help link on the home page. Buy one support pack and we'll contact you. Most issues can be resolved within a fortnight. )

In reply to your post...

First: you shouldn't need to sign your XSN. Full trust forms are not best practice and they aren't needed for 95% of the solutions we have seen. If you remove that requirement, you don't have to sign your form. Check out why it's full trust and maybe you can remove that. Life will be easier.

Second: so let's say you are one of those rare form developers that have a good reason for full trust (writing to local file system, print on demand, etc.). The certificate you use to sign the form can be created from Certificate Authority. Don't use a personal certificate on your machine since these won't be default trusted by the domain computers and they usually expire within a month or so which means you have to keep publishing (for non-expiring personal certificates, check out Mel's recently blog on this).

Third: check the version stamp on the XSN that was published. Is it the same as the one on your local machine? If not, maybe you don't have permission to publish.

That's all I can think of for now. Good luck with "the needful".

Infopath certificate Issue

Hai All,
