Go to task manager (right click the windows task bar) and verify that no InfoPath.exe process is running (click on process tab and sort by clicking on column header). If it is running, you can end it. Go to Control Panel and Office and change and repair. Repair your Office installation. Then, clear your InfoPath cache using the clearcache command from a command prompt (Infopath /cache clearall). Now, you should be &quot;clean&quot;.
