Did you manage to solve your issue with the scroll positon on postback?

I have the same issue. In my case it seems like Chrome renders my form as expected but IE 7-9 behaves like you describe.
Still looking for a solution for this...

TabIndex works like it is supposed to.

When switching views using the bottom navigation bar, the scroll position is retained in the new view, so the user is presented with the bottom of the new form rather than the top...(!!)

How can I disable/bypass this behaviour?

Thanks,
Alan
