When I click submit, the application is saved in this format "Leave Application_FullName_Type of Leave_Today's Date" so "Leave Application_RamyAsha_Private Leave_2011-18-02"

Given that the Department field is auto-populated from Active Directory (SSP), how can I have it so that when a user submits, it routes to the same folder populated in the Department field? And as a secondary, is it possible to have it go to a folder under my name? So for example, once I click submit it can route to "NOCIT --> Ramy Asha". Or is it possible to have it so that when I submit, it auto-creates its path so that in the future when new departments and employees come on board, I don't end up with the task of manually doing this?

I'd really appreciate some help with this, Thanks in advance, Ramy
