For question 2 -- check out this Office Online article.

For question 1 -- try replacing the space between Test & Database with %20 which is a url encoded space. In Word and Outlook, if you type < before and > after a hyperlink with a space, it will resolve as a link -- not sure if that is the case in email sent via workflow, but may be worth a shot.

Hi there.

I have setup a workflow that generates a email notification and I would like for the email to have a link in it that once clicks, opens up the infopath form that was submitted to the library. I initially followed these instructions: http://www.bizsupportonline.net/browserforms/create-sharepoint-designer-workflow-send-email-link-infopath-browser-form.htm but ran into some problems.

1.) after following the instructions i get half the URl as "active" and the other part not -
