The way this form is intended to work is this. The first open of the form, minimum infomation is required name and date, sets the constant field "filename". This is the name submitted for a forms directory called e-log. Second open of the form retreives the ID from e-log and this allows for the second button to become visible. This button leads you to the secondary data "picker", that selects the secondary data (one of 12 lists generated from the excel file) . All the lists use the same caml code rule "checkin / checkout". The third rule "sendcheck" is list specific and calls the webservice uplistitem. Once published this last step is where the form appears to break on all machines except my desktop. I made the assumption that this was the inconsitant verify. I will investigate further. Any more nuggets would be helpful.

Thankyou!!

Re: simply "help"

Just to update this thread with our email conversation -- the form will verify for me on a ShP 2007 instance with the connection to the CAML XML data source. Hopefully the error you get when trying to verify the form against your server will be more illuminating.

Re: simply "help"

version 2007

the form seems to verify fine. This is the hinge pin for the web services.
