Well, it's just an XML node, so you could add an OnBeforeChange event handler and return false from that to prevent it from being deleted. It will require code and might result in a popup - you'd have to check it out. Qdabra Software provides InfoPath 911 assistance. If you need to have one of our InfoPath MVPs help you with the code, go to Qdabra's support page and check out the engagement methods.

Best of luck,

Digital Signatures

hello,

We have browser-enabled InfoPath forms in the SharePoint environment that
contains digital signature feature, i.e. these forms contain section that could
be digitally signed.

I've got request to completely locksigned section
after it has been signed. The lock should cover both: the section fields and the
signature itself. I've found the way to lock the signed data (using "When
signed, make control read-only" checkbox).

Is there any way to lock the
signature itself, i.e. lock the ability to remove signature since it was
created? Users are able to remove other users' signatures - that can't be right.

Please anyone?
