Actually, that was the first thing I tried. Didn't work - not sure what happened. It was the only form library where that was happening.

Hi,

Sorry, i came too late.

It was because you have change the column "created by" of the library. (Modify library / columns / click on "created by").

You have selected "Content type" in the value that appear in this column option.

Browser based forms.

The problem corrected itself when I recreated the form library.

I've never heard of that. Sounds like a SharePoint authentication issue. Are you using browser forms or is this rich client?

I created a form and when posted to the form library it says that it was "created by" PERSON - why does it say "person" and not the actual users name that posted the form?
