These forms are on a subsite and I am the owner of the main site as well as the subsite?
What do you mean the admin side? Do I need to install something on my computer to have this development or admin rights?

Also..how do you browser enable a form?

Re: How to know if infopath forms services is being used or has been activated in sharepoint MOSS

Do you have access to the SharePoint admin side? If so, you should see a section for configuring InfoPath Forms Services there.

If you don't have access, then try publishing a browser enabled form. I believe that if IPFS is not present, you might get a warning while publishing.

How to know if infopath forms services is being used or has been activated in sharepoint MOSS

How can I find out if infopath forms services is being used on our sharepoint site or if it has been activated ?
