http://www.qdabra.com/en/products/qRules_new.aspx

It only works in the client though so you are out of luck if this is a browser form (although from your description it sounds like a client form).

I have a pop-up of an Infopath form from an xslt form and would like to be able to control the title to be what the client wants.

<xsl:attribute name="onclick">
            mywindow=window.open(this.href, 'ann_pop', 'height=410,width=475,menubar=no,location=no,resizable=no,status=no,toolbars=no'); mywindow.moveTo(750,100);return false;
          </xsl:attribute>

My Window Title displays "MyForm_2010_09_21T08_17_45.xml - Windows Internet Explorer"

I would like to be able to display the Subject of my form in the pop-up title.

There is a similar display on a Tab Title when I actually open the form for edit.
