I check on some xml form, and I didn't see any xsnlocation property, like you I use Infopath and not form services.

Can you check if your browser compatibility is checked (tools, forms option, compatibility, design a form template that can be opened on a browser or infopath)and if it is uncheck it and publish your form again.

Conflict between InfoPath 2007 Client and Form Services (tough one)

Hey everyones!

I have a problem publishing a form in SharePoint using Infopath 2007 "client".

My form must be published AND/OR "saved in SharePoint" by someone with an admin active directory profil (my guess).

(After published) If the form is open within SharePoint by someone with a regular profile then saved, nobody can't open it using the client, it gives me a Form Services Error that it use the wrong XSN template. (We don't want form services).

But if the (xml) form is created by an admin (in SharePoint), everyones can open it in client.

If i download the xml that doesnt works, i edit it and i remove the property called "XsnLocation" then i upload it in SharePoint, it works !

Can i publish forms without this property? And why does it works when it's saved in SharePoint by an admin?!

I'm very confused right now.

Does anybody know something about it ?

Thanks!!

Yan

After i published
