I have an InfoPath form, that I have designed to be browser compatible, and therefore must contain no code. However, I now have an expression that InfoPath claims is "unsupported", yet works perfectly well in the preview mode.

Some background:

Section 10

RevisionHistory (repeating table)

DocumentVersionNumber

DocumentRevisionDate

etc

HeaderSection

CRVersion

etc

The CRVersion field needs to contain the value of the LAST row in the repeating table RevisionHistory. The expression I have used is as follows:

//my:Section10/my:RevisionHistory[count(//my:RevisionHistory)]/my:DocumentVersionNumber

This works perfectly well, but the design checker doesn't like it. If I remove the count(//my:RevisionHistory) section and place that in another field, and use that field instead, the checker still gives an error.
The error is as follows:
The following expression could not be parsed because of a syntax error or because it uses an undefined namespace prefix or unsupported function

I can't use the last() function either, because that's not supported.

Any ideas? Anyone know of a way to get around this? As I said before, I can't use code.

Thanks in advance
