I allowed InfoPath to create this column automatically upon publish so I cannot modify the field.

I create a new 'Multi Line Text Column' in Sharepoint, re-publish my form and map 'TextBoxA' to this new column while publishing.

Is this likely to cause errors? Will the data in 'TextBoxA' be lost when opening an old form?

Thanks in advance, Simon
