Sorry for the delay. Yes, this is easy to do. There are three ways:

Use the batch converter tool in InfoPath 2003 SDK - requires running a task on server and somethings aren't supported.

Export the form to PDF (use CutePDF) or MSHTML and save that file to your server - requires a manual operation on submit to do that, or a full trust form (not hard)

Send us e-mail and ask for a free copy of Forms Viewer - Qdabra has a viewer that supports viewing simple forms in the browser and renders automatically (if you like the tool, you agree to give us a sound bite)

We do this for many many projects - it's not hard and shouldn't cost you anything more than a couple hours.

Re: Infopath 2003/Sharepoint 2007 Read only web page.

Can't do a browser form, so you have to custom code a form or send your data from the form library to some other list and then show that web part. It would only show the list data (fields promoted to the library) and not the form itself.

Re: Infopath 2003/Sharepoint 2007 Read only web page.

It's not that I need it to be read only, really. I just would like a way to post the output to a webpart. I don't need them to be able to modify and save or anything. Just view it.

Re: Infopath 2003/Sharepoint 2007 Read only web page.

I think the reason no one has responded is because we don't know of a way to do this -- at least not anything that doesn't involve custom code....

I suppose you could submit your xml from you form to a SharePoint library that only you have permissions to write to, and the rest of the group has read permissions, and then have a link somewhere to the xml....Do you have IPFS set up? You could browser enable the form... of course, that would require InfoPath 2007, instead of 2003.

Re: Infopath 2003/Sharepoint 2007 Read only web page.

no help? It would be of little benefit for me to have to manualy convert the file each day and post it on the web page. So my question is, is there a way to have my form output to a read only html file or what ever that I can link to on the web page? The idea is to have the form created, approved and "submitted" to the web page with no further steps. Thanks in advance.
