I published it to the SharePoint portal to make it available to all the users. By clicking on submit button i need to transfer data from all the fields to web service. While processing the transfer it was giving me a message &quot;sending data to server&quot;. But based on the requirement from client we need to provide custom message inplace on that &quot;sending data to server&quot;. I don&#39;t have any idea whether it is possible or not.
