Hi -- so you want no rows to be in the repeating table when the form opens? Under Tools, select Default Values. You can then remove the single node that is added by default to your repeating group when the form opens.

I suppose I could just insert a repeating table in an optional section and do it that way. Not sure how this will submit to a document library on SP, but I will give it a try and see.

Hello,

I have a browser based form that has several repeating tables, each of which has multiple rows of information. What I would like to do is minimize the repeating table so that the fields do not show until the "Insert" link below the table is clicked. I can do this after the form is already open by deleting that group, however; I am not sure how to make this the default setting so that when the form is opened, the repeating table fields do not show unless thel link to "insert contacts" is clicked.
