The information in the form as well as the form itself is submitted to specific columns in the document library.

I tend to make a lot of changes to the form and re-publish the form a lot. I have done this hundreds of times, and I usually just have to click next in each window in the wizard. However, sometimes when I go to publish the form again, it doesn't allow me to publish to a document library or sharepoint list if the browser enabled box is checked at the top of the wizard. It automatically defaults to the administrator approved form template for some reason.

I usually get around this by saving the form as a different file name and publishing again, which doesn't require this approval, it allows me to just publish it to a document library (web enabled of course, so I take the link of the form after it publishes and post it on my web page for when people want to fill out the form.

Any idea why it does this?
