I have a InfoPath form on one of our sites in the SP portal that is embedded in the XMLFormView Webpart. This form uses the list.asmx webservice to download data into a drop down list. When a user with has full control on the portal goes into the site, they are presented with the page. When a normal user, read/contribute access to the page goes into this form, they get denied. After comparing the two temp internet files folder after the user logs in, I can see that the normal user does not get the formresource.aspx files in their temp internet folder.

This form uses managed code to publish the form data to a SP list.

Any ideas on why this file won't download for this user. The current folder and aspx file has rights for all authenticated users.

Thanks
