(MOSS 2007, Infopath 2007, Sharepoint Designer 2007)

I created an infopath form with a custom submit button that submits to a Sharepoint Document Library and disables the Submit button and changes the view to a read only view.

I have the form successfully published to the Document Library and an XML form viewer web part added to a page that correctly displays the inline form

I have all of the browser enabled features enabled and display as web page features set.

When I click on the form in the form library after submitting it correctly opens in the browser.

I heave created a workflow using Sharepoint Designer that automatically starts when a form is submitted.

In the workflow I collect data from the User's manager (approved/rejected) and update a "Status" field in the item.

I have disabled alerts in the Tasks list and generate my own emails

The process is as follows -

User submits a form

Manager gets an email with a link to the form (I link to FormServer.aspx and add &DefaultItemOpen=1 to the end). Also included in the email is a link to the edit page of the Task (Approve/Reject option and complete task link)

Manager clicks the link to the Form and the form opens in the browser as it should.

Manager clicks the task and goes to the edit page of the task. At the bottom there's a "Related List Item" field that has a link to the form. *If this form is clicked it opens the form in Infopath*

If the manager goes to the Task list - there's a Link column that also has a link to the Form. This link opens in Infopath as well.

How do I get these 2 locations to open in a browser?!?!?! The task list isn't an issue as i'm writing a custom web part for the Tasks so I can generate the URL but that silly task item is annoying!!!
I need to either force it to open in a browser or remove it altogether!

Thanks in advance!
Jason
