Thanks for your response. Finally, I was able to render the forms via browser. You guys are absolutely right. I do have some other issues as below with the same form:

In this InfoPath form, I have a field "Manager". This field is reading Manager's name from Active Directory. This part works fine. Here is the problem, when the user submits the form, it should be routed to the Manager for approval. Please note that the Manager's information is already exisiting in the InfoPath form.

When manager approves or rejects, it will send out email notification to the user who initiated this form.

Let me know if you guys could suggest me with how to do this.

did you set the Form to Full Trust? You need to Sign it too.
If u plan to deploy your Form in a SharePoint Enviroment, you will need a SharePoint Administrator to upload your Form (Central Administration)
and Activate it in a SiteCollection (Feature).

Then u can associate your new InfoPath Form(Content Type) to a Document Lib and dont forget to set the Document Lib Option "Open in a Webbrowser".

Good Luck!

I am publishing it on our server. The form is created using Visual Studio 2005 as there is code behind. The project compiles successfully. This form is enabled to be rendered in browswer. When I publishe the form, it opens up the instance of InfoPath. I have checked the Security option under Form Options and they are all correct. Not sure what did I miss.

Any suggestions
