https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/40.aspxFor browser form specific questionsenCommunityServer 2007 SP3 (Build: 31118.962)https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/37277.aspxSat, 17 Jan 2009 13:04:46 GMT033a2e2d-04e2-4a9d-be01-a4634161eefd:37277bram0https://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/thread/37277.aspxhttps://www.infopathdev.com:443/forums/commentrss.aspx?SectionID=40&PostID=37277<p>Hello Everybody,</p> <p>This is my issue, i hope somebody can help me, i am using MOSS 2007 with form services enabled.<br /><br />I am using Form Services to display&nbsp;the forms in Internet Explorer, this part works fine on the sharepoint site.<br />My issue is that when a client opens an link to a form, for example in Outlook, the form opens in Infopath when Infopath is installed on the client.<br />I want to open the form always in Internet Explorer using Form Services.<br />When Infopath is not installed on the client it works fine and the form opens in Internet Explorer.</p> <p>This behavior can be reproduced when&nbsp;the following conditions are met:<br />- The client has Infopath installed<br />- The client opens a form link in Outlook for example&nbsp;a workflow link<br />- The user is using Internet Explorer (when using Firefox the issue is not occuring)&nbsp;<br /><br />I want the user to always open the form in browser enabled mode and not in infopath.<br />Is there a way to remove this association?<br />Any help is much appreciated!<br /><br />Kind Regards,<br /><br />Bram</p> <p>&nbsp;</p>
