Navigate to your Form Libary.
3. Choose Form Libary Settings from the Settings drop-down.
4. Click Change new button order and default content type.
5. However, the form itself remains in the "Form Templates" folder and is not linked to the form library where it belongs("Reports"). The step I'm looking for should integrate that form template into a specific form library within the site collection.

Re: Link form template to form library

To Set your uploaded form to your form libary:

It is located in the FormServerTemplates folder of my site.

I need to link this form to its corresponding form library (Requests), so that it will be used to open or create new forms in that library.
