Unfortunately, that option is not viable as the email is going to someone outside the company, so they would be unable to view the form via hyperlink. Instead I created an XSL template to transform the XML from InfoPath into an HTML form. I was just hoping that I wouldn't have to do this every time.

Thanks again,

Yah IPFS reduces the email options.

You have two options in IP2007. Email attachment or the view.

Typically the attachment is not good if the users needs IPFS since it does them no good.

I typically create a special view that is taylored for the email body, usually with a hyperlink to the form.

Then when I submit I also switch to that view and subit to email and close the form. The cool part is that the user never sees the view change so it is seemless.

My question is about formatting options when submitting a form via email. I am using MOSS 2007 with a browser enabled form, then when the user clicks on a Submit button, the form will 1) email the form to an email specified on the form and 2) submit to a sharepoint library. I have this working, however, the format of the email is not very clean. When I originally created and tested this within InfoPath, the email format was nice and clean, but once I published it to MOSS, it flaked out. I can get around this by creating an XSLT and doing a transformation, but I was hoping to just use the out of the box email submit.

Has anyone else had a problem with this?

Thanks in advance,
