Thanks for the solution.

One more question though, I create a rule to set an auto name everytime a form is created. Is there any unique number or id for infopath form so that i can create a unique name for the form?

You need to create a submit data connection and there you can set and control where a form is saved and the naming convention.

Hi,

In the browser form, can i skip the prompt box that ask to save and specify name for the file?

Instead i want an auto name to be given to the form when the form is submitted.
