how can i find out the library my form was opened from???

I am developing web based IF 2007 forms using VS.NET 2005 (c# code) in MOSS 2007

I am trying to get the current IE URL that the form is opened in but this is not going well.

Is it possiable to get the web address of the form library my form has been opened from so that i can then do something in code.

At the moment i am pulling my hair out as the whole project reallies on the same form template being opened from different library locations and i need to know what library it has been opened from.
